The following items are needed for the presentations.
1.Tables for seminar participants If seminar is longer than
1 hour.
2. On Line computer Hooked up to large monitor(s) to show
web site resources- If Available
3. Cassette player that will play music on the house
microphone system.
4. Chairs That are movable to form small circles.
5. Chart Rack with sheets of paper and four colored
markers.
6. Two 4'x8' tables (need to be set up 2 hrs. before the
presentation.)
7. Power bar in order to plug in 6 items.
8. Overhead Projector.
9. Two Microphones with long cords.
10. PITCHER OF ICE WATER ON SPEAKERS TABLE.
11. Large 10' x 10' screen.
Room Set-up for presentations - Presentor does not require a podium. Please
place overhead projector on table along with cassette player per diagram on
the back of this sheet.
1. Place chairs in curved rows for keynote presentations only.
2. Seminars require tables and chairs set up with a 4'row down the middle of
the room.
3. Only put up enough chairs for number of participants, and leave a 4 feet
center aisle. For groups over 300, make two aisles.
3. If presentation is a workshop, Gene needs movable chairs.
4. If the group is over 400, a small 1 or 2 foot riser may be helpful so that
those in the back can see.
5. Please ask secretaries not to make announcements during the presentation.
6. Presentor prefers to be up close to his audience.
